These events happen every year, providing enriched opportunities for families and pulling us together as a community.

October
The Spooky Social is a great family event held on the grounds of CPNS. Carnival type games, sweet treats, great costumes and more await you at this old fashioned, neighborhood event. Billed as one of the few appropriate events for children aged 3-5, the Spooky Social attracts families throughout the community.

November
Our Book Faire, with Usborne Books, is an opportunity for adults to preview some of their latest offerings on the market, as well as purchase those which tickle their fancy. Perfectly timed before the holidays, this event is a great opportunity to pick up some gifts in an easy and relaxed atmosphere.

December
The Winter Holiday Concert will showcase your children’s singing talents as each class presents 2-3 songs that they have learned and rehearsed. With a full spread of breakfast delights, the children can immerse themselves in holiday crafts and enjoy the spotlight, providing a wonderful experience for the whole family.

Grape and Grain: Our annual auction and evening out fundraiser. This year it will be held upstairs in the church banquet room and will include food, drinks, dessert, dancing and fabulous auction items. For more details and to purchase tickets, click here.

San Carlos Hometown Days Parade is an annual community event in which CPNS is an active participant. Marching each year, the CPNS children and their families cover close to a mile from the San Carlos Library to Burton Park, with flags raised, CPNS t-shirts on, and smiles worn from ear-to-ear. Culminating at the Hometown Days Festival, CPNS often has a face painting booth staffed by our own CPNS parents.

June
All School Picnic. The final official event of the school year, this bittersweet event is held in a local park and offers families one last chance to share a leisurely afternoon with friends and classmates.

Ongoing
Pizza Nights. Periodically, CPNS families gather at a local pizza restaurant to share a meal, a song and some laughs.

"I think it was cool to be at the Spooky Social when I was at CPNS because I got to play in the games and win prizes and play with my friends I made there. Now I think it's a lot more fun because I get to work at the games and help out with the little ones."
